On Demand

ON DEMAND NOT WORKING

ERROR CODE 319

Recently switched from Sky to Virgin Media . Already had one noisy box changed.

What can be any more difficult than being able to access On Demand & watch a missed episode of Homeland ? Never thought I'd be experiencing frustrating problems so early - this is not a good start ! How do get this problem fixed ?
