Trying to watch on demand on Collections from but seem to find "some" episodes wont play and the above message keeps appearing. Have called VM and was advised it would be sorted by 16:00 today and have also tried rebooting the Tivo box but it doesn't clear the problem. I have seen this so many times now and it is intermittent and sucks especially if you are trying to watch a series in sequence. The show I am watching finishes on 30/03/17 so looks likeI am stuffed unless I can have some feedback here. Help would be appreciated.
