On Demand error 6096

Been trying to watch Walking Dead Series 2 for 2 days now, but each time I try to watch episode 3 I get the 'On Demand Unavailable' with Error 6096. Episodes 1 & 2 work fine (as did Series 1), but nothing happening with any further episodes.

I've reset the tivo box several times, but can't seem to sort this issue. Any advice?

Thanks for getting back to me.

Whilst I'm pleased to hear you got to see episode 3 in the end, I will get this checked out with episode 4.  

Sorry for the disruption being caused.  I will get this error raised to our fault teams to get looked at for you.

Re-check in the next 24-48 hours and let me know if it has come back at all.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble watching this episode of Walking Dead.  I'll be happy to help check this out with you.

 

Can you please let me know if you've tried ordering the SD version instead of the HD to see if it works?  Also roughly what times have you attempted to watch this programme?

Hi.

Always SD (not sure I can get the HD version as I'm on the M+ package). And various times ranging from early afternoon to late evening. Episode 3 actually worked last night (around 10.30pm) but episode 4 didn't with same error code.
