On Demand and catch up

3 weeks into my contract and for the upteanth time on demand and catch up unavailable again, it seems to be every time I want to watch something it never works,  service status on a few occasions says no issues so have to turn box off and reset, Today it says working on the problem hope to be done by the 6th, recordings have failed on many occasions, programmes have recorded that I didn't want so ones I had in planner  have failed, over 10 years with sky never had problems like this, frustrating isn't the word.

How long do I have to cancel as to me I am paying for a service that I am not getting.
