On Demand and Catch Up keep dropping out every evening
I am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as me.
Every evening between 7pm and 8pm both On Demand and Catch Up drop out sometimes error C134 pops up.
Have done the usual switch off and reboot the TivO box also reported the problem before, get an engineer booked only for the problem to disappear, engineer gets cancelled, then problem re occurs. It is very frustrating as rely on both facilities to bring ourselves 'back up to date' being out a lot and not being able to watch the programmes at their scheduled times.
Am really frustrated at this problem and there seems to be no way to solve it.
VM do the usual re-boot, check the system, book engineer only for problem to disappear then engineer gets cancelled, then problem reappears.

I have re-checked the service from here in regards to the On Demand and Catch Up not working,I can see 2 separate things that will be causing this. I will send all the details in a private message for you.
