Recurring, as in every day, and every time we try to use on demand, the show we're trying to watch just cuts out and we get a message saying 'temporarily unavailable'. When I check service status for the area, it says an engineer is working on it and it will be fixed by 4pm the next day. This is beyond frustrating, and I'm starting to wonder what I'm paying for as I am certainly not getting the service I should be! 😡

I've located your account to take a closer look and run some tests on the set top box from our end, we're detecting some errors and if you're still experiencing the issue, I'd like to arrange for an engineer to take a closer look.
