My on demand facility has been unavailable since October last year, anytime i have phoned i have been told there is an issue in my area but i have recently changed my package and added a Tivo box for my bedroom which allows me to use the On Demand facility. I am not happy at paying this money for Tivo when i can't access a feature on it.

I'm very sorry that you've not been able to use the On Demand.
I've run some initial checks and my tests are coming back as healthy from both TiVos.
I did notice that there was a bit of an Upstream power level issue that I would like to be looked at. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little blue envelope near the top right of the page.
