On Demand Not Working - 5 Weeks Now

Well 2 weeks ago I posted that On Demand hasn't been working for 3 weeks. So here we are 2 weeks on and it still isn't working. No interest from VM to sort this out. After Christmas I'll be looking into other providers and my consumer rights in paying for a service VM can't / won't provide.
