I will be happy to look into this error for you and find out what's causing this fault. Can I just confirm with you, is the error 611? Or is there a 4th digit?
It may be relating to a high demand issue that's affecting the network you are connected to at the moment. Details are in another post I responded to: here. I will check for an update for you and get back to you as soon as I hear more.
