On Demand Films Failing Again

I've tried to watch On Demand films twice in the last couple of months and both times they've failed halfway through with error message 611

Anyone else getting this?

Pretty frustrating stuff

I will be happy to look into this error for you and find out what's causing this fault.  Can I just confirm with you, is the error 611?  Or is there a 4th digit?  

 

It may be relating to a high demand issue that's affecting the network you are connected to at the moment.  Details are in another post I responded to: here.  I will check for an update for you and get back to you as soon as I hear more.

 

If you can let me know if the error you're getting is 611 and also roughly what time the cut out happens, I can check further for you.
