On Demand AO1 error

Hi all

I've had my two V6 boxes for a few weeks now, and have to say, I love em.

The first box in the living room was set up by the brilliant engineer (Christian) but my bedroom box was left wired ready to go.

I got a new TV yesterday, so I connected the bed box up. It wouldn't work at first, but a call to 150 sorted it. Apparently, it needed a signal to be sent to it?

Anyway, all sorted, and working great. I tried to then pair the remote in the 'Help' section, but it keeps saying "App unavailable" and giving error AO1.

It wont allow me to watch any of the recordings I have stored on the living room box, or any on demand content.

I also had an issue when powering down. It would always turn itself off completely. Light would go red, then no light. I may have fixed this, but not sure yet. Any info would be great on that too.

Can anyone help?
