We've had the same TiVo box for nearly 5 years now and it regularly corrupts recorded content, pausing playback, skipping and distorting the picture. I think it might need replacing, how would I go about getting a replacement sent out?
I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having some issues with your TiVo® recordings and I'd love to help get to the bottom of this for you.
I've done some testing on the connection and can see that your TiVo® is reporting some issues on the hard drive which will explain the fault that you're seeing. I'd like to arrange for a technician to call out and investigate further for you so will send you a private message to arrange this.
