Could someone please tell me what to do with my old tivo box that does not work properly, a leaflet inside says sendit back, but a red stickers says throw it away, we have alrady thrown the box away

You shouldn't have a had a red stick if your existing box was TiVo, only if it was a V+ HD, V HD or V Box.
no def had a red sticker on and a web site to goto, hence this question
and no returns lable, as i have just seen should have been in the box, where do i get a box to send it back from
