Old Tivo Box and Netflix

Do I need my old boxes upgraded to the new box?

If I watch Netflix through the Tivo box it buffers and stops every 15 minutes.  If I switch to the smart TV I can watch the whole programme without any buffering or breaks???????

I am sorry to hear that you're getting these disruptions when using the app.  I have carried out some checks and I have found there is a signal fault.  I will arrange for an engineer to get this sorted for you.
