I am totally fed up with getting ON DEMAND IS UNAVAILABLE (319). It is literally every night, and tonight it was to watch a film in Sky cinema that I pay extra for every month. Last month I got billed for a film that I didn't even get to watch as on demand was unavailable at the the time, but I still got billed for it!!! It's a complete joke Virgin I'm paying a lot of money for absolutely rubbish service.
Welcome into the Community, it's fab to see that you've already had some help. My apologies for the recent issues on the On Demand content, there have been some additional 319 errors that have arisen. I would like to ask you a few questions and also any of you are welcome to drop in too:-
Are you seeing this on shows that have just been broadcasted the very same day?
Are these issues on TiVo or on any other of our boxes?
