ON DEMAND SERVICE

I have a massive problem with my​ On Demand Service! Since before Christmas 2016, I have had an interupted service and my scheduled programmes haven't recorded, when I asked 150 about this, they just told me they were having problems getting the programmes, from Sky! So I stuck with it, after being told to watch them from the on demand service because of this error. However, the on demand is not working either, it keeps asking me to try again in a while, its been like this now for 6 months and now I'm loosing my programmes. In fact I have considered going back to sky as I have missed to different series. NOT impressed.  Help would be good please. Oh have turned it all off and restarted the box but no luck.

I'm really sorry to hear that you have been having an issue with your On Demand Service. Smiley Sad 

 

Checking your account, there doesn't appear to be a network fault affecting you and your TiVo® stats are looking good too. 

 

What error messages are you getting? I'm wondering if these are related to assets instead. What programmes are you trying to view through On Demand?
