Now playing & new box general gripes

Can I ask why the radio service on my new TIVO box doesn't tell me what track is 'now playing'? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

This box has already crashed twice. Doesn't seem happy trying to watch something when recording is in progress. Other than being smaller I am feeling that I liked the old service better. Oh and it would only let me look 2 days ahead on the TV guide.

Hello redrat,

 

Welcome to the community and I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TiVo® box.

 

When I check the signals to the box I can see there are some problems so what I would like to do next is to arrange for a technician to visit your property.

 

I'm just going to send you a private message with appointment times which you will find if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen.
