Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your recordings.
I'd like you to try cancelling the Series Link then re-adding it.
To do this just press Home on the remote control and selectMy Shows and Recordings, Manage Series Links, select the program from the list and then select Cancel This Series Link.
As to the recordings cutting off, check the Recording settings to see if there is a buffer at the end of your recordings. Just press Home on the remote control and select Help and Settings, Settings, Recordings, Series Link and Recording Options then check the Stop Recording time.
Also, I've run a check on the TiVo® and it hasn't been rebooted for a while. Just switch it off at the mains, leave it off for about a minute, then switch it back on.
Keep an eye on it after you've performed these checks and let me know if the fault reoccurs.
