We keep getting a Not Available message when trying to record programmes via Tivo box. We've unplugged, switched off etc but makes no difference - it's been like this over 24 hours now.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your recordings. There's a couple of checks I need you to do for me.
On the Home screen, do you get an error message at the top?
In the TV guide, does if show you information about TV shows?
If you can answer these it would help me a lot!

Problem solved by dialling 151. We were talked through settings but it was many hours, the following day actually, before things were back to normal.
