Not Happy with price letter after 5 months

Only Joined in May and we are not happy Netflix does NOT work with a TIVO box  just  Buffering at 25% -Virgin say its NETFLIX  but its not so many people complaining about it when you google it so it's clearly the Tivo box Virgin, and Now we have received a PRICE RISE letter already only joined 5 months ago and we are already thinking of leaving and going back to SKY - penalty free of course unless somethings done VIRGIN !!!!!!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the Netflix app and I would like to welcome you to the community.
