Virgin installed 2 weeks ago , no initial noise from TiVo box until a few days ago , it hasn't been moved from its original position , noise is like a drum and is very annoying .Have put felt feet under the box with very little difference .

I've managed to locate your account to run some tests. I'm able to detect a small error with the box which could be causing your problem. This will need an engineer to visit the property and investigate further.
