No tv service and intermittent broadband

We lost our tv service at 21.30pm 25 / 01 / 2017 over the past fortnight the tv has been freezing then correcting itself  after 10 minutes.

Called 105 spoke to operator who done some tests which we had already done then operator spoke to his manager an informed us because our vm box has become a non entity they are going to send out another box.

Our present vm box has been working fine then all of a sudden signal stuck on Ld20
