No sound on my TiVo box

We have pictures, but no sound. All connections appear tight and have restarted the TiVo Bix three times now, plus run the Virgin online diagnostic. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Community Forum--I'm sorry to hear that you’re getting no sound via your TiVo box and apologise for the delay in getting back to you. Are you still having an issue with this?

 

If the problem is still ongoing, can you please let me know how you are connecting the TiVo to your television? (Via HDMI cable or Scart? Are you using sound equipment? Have you been able to test an alternative cable?).

 

Please let me know and I will investigate this further for you.
