No signal

Hi

I noticed tonight that a couple of recordings failed due to 'no signal'. Looking into the issue, I can see that tuner zero is not receiving a signal. Tuners 1 and 2 seem to be OK, or at least they show a picture when you switch to them. Is tuner zero faulty?

johnnemck is that on diagnostics board on tv sounds like its a fault showing on tuners so it will need a forum team to get this checked out for you so they can take action for engineer to visit they will carry test out for you jonni

I have located your account to run some test and there are some signal issues that I'm concerned about so I would like to send one of the team out to take a look at it for you.

 

If you click on the purple envelop at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
