No signal, ridiculously long start up time

This morning I have come to switch on my tv (TiVo box on standby all night) and there is a notice saying no signal. I have done a complete reboot of TiVo but it is taking over an hour to start up with no success. The wifi also is not working. All devices are connected to wifi but are not able to load anything. Is there anything else I can do? I have also rebooted the router with no luck.
