I'm concerned because my TiVo isn't connecting to anything... my cousin was bottle flipping near the Virgin Media plug so it might have to do with that. I have a virgin broadband box if that changes anything.
You'll excuse me bottle flipping? Anyhow you'll probably need an engineer assuming you've checked all the plugs and cables are in ok and tried rebooting it. Call free 150 from a virgin phone or 03454541111
As Parrotperson has mentioned have you checked whether all the cables are secure at the back of the box?
