No signal on any channel area 12

I've woken up to see I have no signal on any TV channel on live 12, also on demand not available. I can see my suggestions and watch recorded shows, that's it.

Virgin media customer service not available at night for TV and the service status says there's no issues (not that it means anything). I'm wondering if anyone else has an issue in the area and if Virgin can get something done to get it fixed. Tried resetting the box and the cable at the back is secure.

EDIT: RESOLVED - all services have suddenly all come back - thank you!
