So the Virgin experience gets even worse. Poor broadband speed since I joined in June, which is still not resolved. Got up today and no TV and broadband at all. Then a letter saying the price is going up. Not quit sure how Virgin are getting away with this but to say I'm extremely disappointed is an understatement. I thought Sky were bad but Virgin are making sky look amazing!!!
