No service

So the Virgin experience gets even worse. Poor broadband speed since I joined in June, which is still not resolved. Got up today and no TV and broadband at all. Then a letter saying the price is going up. Not quit sure how Virgin are getting away with this but to say I'm extremely disappointed is an understatement. I thought Sky were bad but Virgin are making sky look amazing!!!

If you've had the price hike letter you have the right to cancel your contract without penalty

I've been able to locate your account to run a couple of checks and the TiVo® is showing some signal issues so can I just confirm whether you're still experiencing any problems as I would like to send someone out to take a look at it for you.
