No service

Tivo box no tv channel pictures, error c130. Internet superhub no service tick. V+ box online light flashing.
Called to report. Got engineer booked for Monday. But must surely be a local service problem.
Post code ME8 8LT.

If it turns out to be an area fault, the tech visit will be cancelled automatically.

None of the other virgin media uses in my road have a service either.

Your area is showing a phone service fault at the moment. As the phones & the TV/Broadband services eventually end up at the same street hub, this is possibly the cause.

The fault reference is F004057846.

The phones are all working, it's everything else.
All local houses have the same issue.
