No pause record or catch up

I have multi room I was late paying bill got services restricted! Since then 1 box is fine the other has no pause rewind catch up feature and has a account warning seen this before on forum tech guy sent update down rung several times keep getting silly answers now


Please help Tech team

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry to hear you're having TiVo® trouble.

I've located your account and sent a signal to your TiVo®. All I need you to is to test the connection to see if it's worked.

Just press Home on your remote control then select Help and Settings, Settings, Network and then Connect to Virgin Media TV Service Now.

Try that and let me know if it gives you any errors.
