No on demand and catch up AGAIN

The service is getting crazy in this area!!! No catch up/Netflix or on demand for the fifth time in two weeks. I've just been told it won't be fixed till April!!!! I've been told I would have money taken off my bill twice and it hasn't happened. So fed up with it. Virgin used to be amazing! Now service is terribly poor and ou get different answers to any question you ask. Maybe virgin just doesn't care about keeping their customers..really is a shame
