Hi,On our second box up the stairs it is showing no listings of the to ahows next to the channels.We can still view. But the listings just say title it available and to be announced.I've went into settings and network to look at the status and it says "in progress" and is sitting at 27% no moving.The last successful connection was showing as 3/3/17 which is over 3 weeks ago.Could someone please adviseThanks

First of all I would switch it off for at least 10 seconds - and then power it up and try a call again.
But you'll need to check it again in a few hours.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your 2nd box.
It sounds like to box isn't connecting to our network properly. I've attempted to run diagnostics on your equipment and I can't seem to contact one of your boxes.
If you've already tried rebooting the box and it's still stuck part way through an update then we'll need a technician to take a look.
