No installation

I've now been waiting over a month to be connected the Virgin media customer service is a joke twice my installation has been cancelled leading to lose of earnings on both days,I'm sick of being transferred to Indian call centres you guys have one more chance Saturday the fourth is my next date I have spoken with the area manager for West Sussex who told me on the last occasion that it would go a head,after waking in all day two men pulled up stayed ten seconds and left, now no one returns my calls I've lost money and now thinking of going to sky your construction team just lie so does Virgin customer service bloody sort it out
