No channel info

Hello,
I had put my box ok last night to watch, on the TV guide I was not getting any info on any channels all it said was 'to be announced' it was on for a good few hours last night so it would have had time to load. Tonight I have put it back on and the problem is still occurring. Can someone suggest anything to help please?

Delete all channel information and make a forced call into virgin. 

Takes about 1\2 hour.

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy

 

Can I confirm whether your TiVo® box is still missing the channel information? If it is could you try the following steps for me by going to - 

 

Home - Help & Settings - Settings - Network - Connect to the Virgin Media Service Now

 

You will then see another screen pop up which will go through different stages, you don't need to keep this on your screen so if you press the TV button at the top right of your Virgin remote it will remove everything off the screen and continue to work in the background which can take up to one hour to complete.
