Home -> Help & Settings -> Settings -> Network -> Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.

Do that twice in succession (let it finish processing all the data first)

Then use the same menu to reboot the box: Home -> Help & Settings -> Clear or Reset Set Top Box -> Restart the TiVo box


TV: XL+SkySports V6
BB: 200Mbps SuperHub: Arris
Loc: ME10

Not if you choose Restart.

Any other option will delete something, usually described in the option.

I assume you don't have a flashing green light on the front left of the box?

Have you had the box off at all for a prolonged period (say 2 weeks)?

It was off for around 30 mins today whilst i moved some furniture and no guide since I turned it back on
