No catch up

We have had no catch up for at least four days. Again! We did have an extra box fitted upstairs too would that have anything to do with it? So frustrating!

Any flashing lights on the boxes? No improvement if you reboot?

What did the Faults team say when you talked to them? No need to wait 4 days, it could be affecting many more people than just you, so the sooner it's reported the better Smiley Happy

You'll find that you get an immediate response if you give them a ring on 150 (from 08:00 until midnight, every day), or use the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to initiate a live chat (from 08:00 until 20:00, Monday to Saturday)
