Can't get catch up for over a week now error code keeps coming up! Gogglebox, Car SOS ETC PE3 area, what's going on?
Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problem you're experiencing with your Catch Up service at the moment.
I've located your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end and we're not detecting any major errors at the moment.
Are you experiencing this issue on more than one set top box? Is this affecting all On Demand content or just some? Lastly, what error message are you getting?
