I have had no catch up or on demand services available on my TiVo box for over 24 hours now. Just a massage saying "Catch up/on demand services temporarily unavailable. Try again in a few minutes" and a "network C130" message in yellow at the top of the home screen.
I've tried restarting the box several times but no success. Any ideas on how to solve this in advance of me calling the dreaded call centre?
I can see that you gave us a ring but I would just like to check whether you're still seeing the C130 error message? Also is there a flashing light on the front of the box as we may need to arrange a technician visit?
