The only thing you can do is keep a note of the days without each of the services - and when back 'phone and claim compensation.
If there is a network issue outside of your house - there is nothing you can do to fix it.
Sorry to learn you were experiencing a loss of broadband and I would like to welcome you to the community.
I have located your account to run a couple of tests and everything looks okay with your hub so if you're still experiencing a loss of connection please let me know so I can investigate this further.
