No broadband for two days

I am in south London and have had no internet for two days. Message on virgin website saying engineer is on the way to fix, then time keeps moving back. Is there anything I can do? Green arrows are flashing. It's very frustrating

The only thing you can do is keep a note of the days without each of the services - and when back 'phone and claim compensation.

If there is a network issue outside of your house - there is nothing you can do to fix it.
