No Tivo Service

Hi,

For the second time in 7 days my TiVo service has suddenly stopped working. 

The box currently has Red and Blue lights on the right hand side. I've tried powering off and testing the service via the my service website with no luck.

I'm not sure if a software update to my tv anywhere is just a coincidence.

 

However I don't have any TV at the moment Regards Mike

I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service lately.
