No TiVo or Internet (c130 and m58)

Hi

I appear to have no TV or Internet. I've tried the usual, unplugging etc but no luck. I've tried phoning support but have been cut off on both times after 10 minutes on hold. The errors I have seen are c130 and m58.

Is anyone able to assist please?
