For the fourth time in 7 weeks both my TiVo and broadband are not working. Plus there is a 10 minute wait to speak to someone at Virgin. Seriously considering changing providers as Virgin are become more expensive and with a very unreliable service. Any chance of actually getting a month without losing the expensive services I've already paid for?
Another day, another loss of TiVo and broadband service. Was working for less than 24 hours this time. Hope you are arranging compensation for your customers who are continually having loss of service.
