No TV service in Newark

I'm in Newark (area 30) and have had virtually no TV service since yesterday evening. The picture is either very distorted or not there at all (most channels just say they're not working). My broadband is equally lousy, down from 200MBps to around 2MBps.

I've already spoken to Virgin and there's an engineer coming round tomorrow, I was just wondering if anyone else locally had the same issue? I know there was some work going on as we received a letter saying that some services may be degraded yesterday up until 5pm, and there was a fleet of Virgin vans loitering around one of the cabinets nearby.

Hi Bertiee,

I'm in Grantham, also Area 30, and although TV and broadband are OK, I do have a C133 Network Availability error which means I don't have Catch Up, On Demand, Search & Discover or Apps & Games.

I'm sorry to hear that your TV and Broadband services aren't working fully right now.  I just wanted to pop by and see how things are today?
