Have you checked the Service Status to see if you have an area issue?
Have you run the tests available from Service Status?
If yes to both, I suggest you call 150 or 0345 454 1111 to report your fault if you want urgent action.
I'm so sorry to learn about the problems you've been experiencing with your TV and broadband service lately.
