No TV or internet

Both TV and broadband are not working. I have rebooted both the router and the tivo box to no avail. Everything was working fine last night but this morning everything is down. Service status page says that there are no issues in this area but it's extremely unlikely that a fault was develop simultaneously with two pieces of equipment.

You may have an area fault which has not reached Service Status because no one has reported the fault.

You may have a fault local to you.

In either case, you should call in and report the fault.

Hi Josh, reported the issue and was told that there was a problem in the area. Engineers seem to have fixed it. Everything is working fine at the moment.
