No TV or broadband

TV went off on 1st sept rang them oh your modem can't manage the new speeds we'll send out a new one, mmm then just after that call no Internet or TV called again booked engineer quickest time 9th sept so 9 days no TV or broadband,new modem arrived connected today still nothing
