No TV guide

Hi all I've done a restart on my TiVo box all my channel have no title available and the TV guide still says to be announced.whats annoying is we pay a lot a money for this service!!please don't tell me I've got to wipe the box and lose everything in my shows @ recordings. That will be annoying. Any help?

Welcome to the Community!

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

One thing you can try is a forced network connection on the box. Just press Home on the remote control and select Help and Settings, Settings, Network and then Connect to Virgin Media TV Service Now.

 

Once that process has run through, leave the TiVo® for about an hour to fully update and populate the TV guide with data.
