No TV and broadband

Been without broadband and my TV package since Saturday gone not fixed yet not happy as im paying 66.99 a month and I'm missing loads and can't do anything without my broadband poor customer service got 94p knocked off my bill roll on April when my contact up because I definitely won't be getting another one sort it out virgin

Have you established whether this is an area issue, reported on Service Status, or a fault which is only affecting you?

In either case, you will have to advise Virgin Media if you want compensation for your outage.
