No TIVO service

I have been without Tivo since Friday!

Every time I check the service status it tells me there is a fault and that an engineer is on the way.

Each day, service status changes to say the problem will be fixed by 16:00 the following day.

The latest fix is due by 16:00 on 31/05/2016.

I have now been without the service for four days and it looks like at least a further day before service is restored.

I am paying for a top service but recieving rubbish!

What is going on??

Welcome back to the Community and thank you for posting. 

 

I have been looking into the TiVo services and I've not been able to find anything amiss right now. I can understand that you;ve seen an outage relating to TiVo and would love to know if you're experiencing issues currently?

Hi Ben,

Apologies for the delay in replying. I was rushed into hospital shortly after posting my query.

Both my health problem and the service problem have now been resolved but it took 5 days to restore my Virgin Media service.

During that time the status page kept changing on a daily basis to say that an engineer was on the way and the problem would be fixed by 16:00 tomorrow......tomorrow.....tomorrow...etc.

Very frustrating!
