No Signal from TiVo box

I have read several posts detailing the problem of no signal from TiVo box and have tried all the checks recommended to no avail. Do most result in needing a replacement box, mine worked one day and then just stopped the next.

Any ideas, and what is the best number to contact someone to get this fixed?
