What is happening in the WN5 area lately. It is down again for the fourth time in 2 weeks.
I have been onto telephone support 3 days ago and they promised me 2 days credit.
Since then it has been off twice, surely we need more compensation than this ?
Customer for over 10 years, always had good service (odd problems) but this is now beyond belief no TV and no Broadband for hours and hours, I pay over £130 a month and this really does need sorting out once and for all.

I'm sorry to learn about the no service in the home and area over the past few days, I've been trying to look into this a bit more and would like to run some tests but require some additional information.
